Prepare for frequent Small Claims Court issues that arise prior to Trial such as:

The Common Motion Hearings CPD presentation explains principles and rules involved with, among other issues:

• A motion to strike scandalous or other improper pleadings or improper Affidavit statements;
• A motion to dismiss for lack of a reasonable cause of action or lack of a reasonable defence;
• A motion seeking adequate particulars seeking details further to a vague pleading;
• A motion for setting aside default whether before or after Judgment;
• A motion for production of evidence documents;
• A motion for leave of substitute service; and
• A motion to validate service despite being performed contrary to the Rules.

Qualifies for Up to Three (3) Substantive CPD Hours
