On September 7 2023, Host and Moderator Samantha Glass along with Legal Coach Scott McEachern provided the CPD: Improve Your Writing (2023) presentation providing a refresher on the basics of effective and persuasive writing techniques that may help legal practitioners to better communicate whether doing so via email or via letter.

• The specific rules for reducing confusion by avoiding personal pronouns;
