This session will address issues related to client service and practice management.
Part One: Your business must be profitable week after week, month after month, year after year. The reality is that every business has good and bad times. You must survive the bad times, indeed plan to do that so you can enjoy the good times.
Part Two: Introduces the need to create the right process, also to ensure that when problems occur you develop the right approach to change those processes. It requires the ability to be responsive to both the needs of your customer and your own business development, have good control of your procedures.
