CPD: OPA, Recent Changes to Residential Tenancies Act
Overview
This CPD will explore recent changes to the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 made pursuant to the Rental Fairness Act, 2017, and provide an overview of recent changes to rules at the LTB, a perspective on the impact and fairness of those changes to both landlords and tenants, and an overview of preening (June 2018) changes to regulations for Short Term Rentals.
