On September 22 2021, Host and Moderator Zeeshan Rahman, who was filling in for Samantha Glass, along with Legal Coach Scott McEachern delivered the Drafting An Affidavit presentation to an online audience of paralegals and law students from across Canada.  The presentation recapped the introductory principles of Affidavit documents and continued into a deeper intermediate level discussion on various procedural rules and substantive rules applicable to Affidavit documents.
