Drafting a Release - September 29 2021

On September 29 2021, Host Samantha Glass along with Legal Coach Scott McEachern delivered the Drafting a Release presentation to an online audience of paralegals and law students from across Canada.  The presentation recapped the introductory principles of Release documents and continued into a deeper intermediate level discussion on various procedural rules and substantive rules applicable to Release documents.
