On October 27 2021, host Dan Schofield along with Legal Coach Scott McEachern delivered the Nuisance By Neighbour presentation to an online audience of paralegals.  The presentation reviewed introductory principles of the tort of private nuisance and continued to provide a deeper intermediate level understanding of the flexibility and fluidity as well as applicability of the tort of private nuisance.
