Drafting a Pleading - September 15 2021
On September 15 2021, Host and Moderator Samantha Glass along with Legal Coach Scott McEachern delivered the Drafting a Pleading presentation to an online audience of paralegals and law students from across Canada. The presentation recapped the introductory principles of pleading and continued into a deeper intermediate level discussion on various procedural rules and substantive rules of pleading.
